Purchased by Jeffrey Middaugh in 1996, Alliance Drain & Plumbing started out as a one-man operation doing small service work for local homeowners. With quality service as our foundation, we have since grown to servicing thousands of wonderful residential and commercial clients all over Stark County.

We understand that building long-term relationships with our customers is key. This is why “Honest. Professional. Affordable.” is not only our motto, it’s our code of ethics.

Honest.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “Honesty is the best policy”. Yes, this is true even in the plumbing business! Our goal is not to make money by pushing and selling you a bunch of stuff you do not need, but to gain you and your family as one of our many loyal customers. Our experienced technicians provide you with the services you need, and we always do our best to answer all questions and help find the best way to get the job done.

Professional.

Being professional is also key for us. We will not provide you with service by someone who is not properly trained and cannot do the work the proper way. Alliance Drain & Plumbing will continue to strive for one hundred percent customer satisfaction because that’s the way we believe business should be done.

  I will be calling these guys every time I need plumbing or drain work. They’re always professional and they care about the customer. Never overpriced, always on time. Some of the other companies just want your money. Alliance Plumbing and Drain!!! That’s a great group of people over there.   Always quick, courteous and professional.  After having another service out to power auger my sewer clean out, the basement flooded again within a year.
