Whether its the kitchen faucet to wash dishes to the shower faucet to the toilet. We use all the fixtures in our home countless times a day. After a while they can become worn out needing repaired or replaced. When its time for a new fixture, we will always be here for you.

How do I know if my faucets need attention?

• Poor water pressure – the dirt and debris in the water could have caused the fixture to clog. It may need to be taken apart and cleaned well, or if it’s bad we can replace.
• Leaks – No one wants to deal with leaks. Better sooner rather than later to notice your faucet leaking. A small leak could blow apart causing water damage and make your water bill high.

How do I know if my toilet needs attention?

• Poor water quality – This can affect all fixtures of course but for toilets, the hardware in the toilet such as the flapper and fill valve. Dirt and debris can cause the flapper to get stuck open causing the toilet to run all day and night.
• Wobbling – over time the bolts and flange from the toilet to floor rust. It’s time to pull and reset the toilet, adding new bolts and a new wax ring. If the flanged it rotted it may need to be replaced as well.

Water filters and softeners can be installed to help prevent poor water quality from shortening the lifespan of your homes fixtures.
