Smoke Test for Sewer Odor

This commercial building was experiencing sewer odors inside the building. We performed a smoke test on the plumbing system to locate the source and discovered an uncapped sewer cleanout that had been mistaken for a floor drain. We properly sealed the cleanout to eliminate the sewer gas odor.
